Second, instead of seeing the student\u2019s problem image, you\u2019ll see the solution card in the center of your screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>EXPERT WORKSPACE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once connected with the student, you\u2019ll also notice we\u2019ve updated the session phases across the top of the workspace to reflect this new 3-phase structure.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/wp.photostudy.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Frame-26.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/wp.photostudy.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Frame-26-1024x576.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1774\" width=\"717\" height=\"403\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wp.photostudy.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Frame-26-1024x576.png 1024w, https:\/\/wp.photostudy.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Frame-26-300x169.png 300w, https:\/\/wp.photostudy.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Frame-26-768x432.png 768w, https:\/\/wp.photostudy.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Frame-26-1536x864.png 1536w, https:\/\/wp.photostudy.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Frame-26-2048x1152.png 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 717px) 100vw, 717px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The solution card is also available for you to reference throughout the session &#8211; simply click near the top of the chat portion of the workspace to view the card.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, you\u2019ll transition through each phase of the session by clicking the session phase in the chat window.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A few other product changes to note\u2026&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>These sessions do not have a \u2018chat extension\u2019 option for students. The sessions are limited to a maximum of 20 minutes &#8211; but most sessions last around 10 minutes.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>It\u2019s important to click to the discussion phase at the conclusion of your explanation. This is how the system marks the session as \u2018answered\u2019 &#8211; remember, you\u2019re only paid for sessions that are marked as answered.
