needs and questions<\/li>\n<li>Answer accurately and\u00a0consistently<\/li>\n<li>Provide safe, non-personalized interactions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>As such, we&#8217;ve developed 5 categories on\u00a0which Experts are audited:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Format<\/strong> &#8212;\u00a0the structure in which the explanation breaks down the problem into logical steps to solve the problem<\/li>\n<li><strong>Polish<\/strong> &#8212; the ease of reading through the explanation<\/li>\n<li><strong>Service<\/strong> &#8212;\u00a0the manner in which the explanation is conducted<\/li>\n<li><strong>Accuracy<\/strong> &#8212; the correctness of the explanation and solution<\/li>\n<li><strong>PII<\/strong> (personal identifiable information) &#8212;\u00a0the anonymity within the learning sessions<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>This FAQ is pivotal to understanding the guidelines to which Auditors review a session. \u00a0All Experts are strongly encouraged to read through this document and understand it completely.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0<strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">FORMAT<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>4 criteria are used to score for Format:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proper concept, method, or general steps to solve the problem<\/li>\n<li>Step-by-step math<\/li>\n<li>Step-by-step worded explanation<\/li>\n<li>Piece-by-piece explanation and timing of overall explanation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>At Got It!, we value learning by providing explanations, not just giving answers. \u00a0<strong>Any explanation that solely provides answers will receive the lowest score automatically.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is an example of an &#8216;A&#8217; 1 min response)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>At Got It!, we know students are frustrated and anxious when stuck on a problem &#8212; and that learning goes beyond content and knowledge. \u00a0A good session will not only provide the necessary explanation to become unstuck, but also to alleviate these anxieties and promote learning.<\/p>\n<p>Our service criteria is broken up into two categories &#8212; Conduct &amp; Interaction<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Conduct<\/span> &#8212; Assesses for how an Expert carries him\/herself through a session. \u00a0Proper conduct must be carried out in <strong>all sessions<\/strong> to ensure a friendly and helpful environment to learn.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Interaction<\/span> &#8212;
